If you heard me speak at a PMI event, listened to an older podcast, attended one of my programs, or followed a MyVQs link I shared years ago, I probably sent you here to complete a free VQ Profile.
A few things have changed since then.
The VQ Profile is still at the heart of my work. But instead of simply giving you an assessment and leaving you to figure out what the results mean, I’ve built something much more useful around it.
It’s called VQMe.

For years, I gave people access to the VQ Profile because I wanted them to experience a different way of looking at human judgment.
But there was a limitation.
You could take the assessment. You could look at the results. You might recognize something interesting about the way you were approaching people, problems, decisions, or yourself.
And then came the harder question:
What does any of this mean for the thing I’m actually dealing with right now?
That’s the part I wanted to make better.
So the old free VQ Profile experience became VQMe.

Take the VQ Profile
Receive assessment results
Decide for yourself what the results
might mean
Start with something real you’re navigating
Connect your VQ measurements to that situation
Receive a personalized report revealing patterns that may be affecting your judgment
Same measurement. A much more useful context.
Maybe you’re trying to make a decision.
Maybe something at work keeps going in circles.
Maybe you’re considering a change, having a difficult conversation, questioning what you want next, or dealing with a situation you’ve already thought about seventeen different ways.
That’s where VQMe starts.
You tell us what you’re actually navigating.
You tell us what you’re actually navigating.
Then you complete the VQ Profile.
Then you complete the VQ Profile.
VQMe connects the two to reveal thinking patterns that may be shaping what you’re noticing, emphasizing, discounting, avoiding, or assuming in that specific situation.
It helps you see what you may be missing before you make it.

YOUR SITUATION IN CONTEXT
You tell VQMe about the decision, transition, challenge, conflict, or recurring situation you want to examine.
YOUR PERSONALIZED VQMe REPORT
A report connecting the two—revealing cognitive biases that may be influencing your interpretation and cognitive assets that may give you access to perspectives you’re not currently using.

If you heard me speak several years ago—or somehow stumbled across a podcast episode I had almost forgotten I recorded—I’m glad the old link still brought you here.
A lot has changed.
What hasn’t changed is my fascination with the way human beings make judgments, the things we miss while we’re making them, and what becomes possible when we can finally see what’s actually influencing the way we’re looking at a situation.
VQMe is where that work has led.
If you’re curious, take a look.
